Refund and Returns Policy

At Little Garden Creations, every item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the unique nature of handmade goods, slight variations in color, size, or finish are part of what makes each piece special.

That said, your satisfaction is very important to us! Please review our policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original or secure packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to their unique nature, custom and personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may already be underway and cancellation may not be possible.
